TikTok’s Content Posting API officially supports MP4, WebM and MOV, with MP4 recommended. It supports H.264, H.265, VP8 and VP9 and documents a frame-rate range of 23–60 FPS.
TikTok does not publish a single ideal organic-video bitrate in the documentation used here.
Our 12 Mbps setting is therefore a Daykyri preset, not an official TikTok recommendation.
The comparison we would eventually run is the same master exported at 8, 12, 16 and 20 Mbps.
For Premiere, Resolve and CapCut, use 1080×1920, H.264, the original frame rate and approximately 12 Mbps as the current Daykyri starting point.
